Last month, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Superior Pastry and Grand Diplôme Professionnel students showed off their talents during lessons in Sugar Art and Grand Dessert Buffets.

The Sugar Art lesson was taught by world class chefs, Chef Christian Faure, MOF while the lesson in Dessert Buffet was taught by Chef Cyril Nebout.

Congradulations to the Grads!

Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa students received their certificates and diplomas on September 1st, 2011.

Surrounded by friends, family and chef instructors, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa's newest alumni walked across the stage in a grand celebration of their accomplishments. These graduates have the skills, knowledge and culinary expertise that will open kitchen doors worldwide.They  are ready to make their mark!

Alumni Thomas Naylor - Executive Chef to the Canadian Ambassador in Washington DC
Alumni News

Only two years after graduation, Cuisine Diploma graduate Thomas Naylor is living out his culinary dreams by working as executive chef to the Canadian Ambassador in Washington DC.

"The highlight of my career was cooking for jazz great Oscar Peterson, and getting to sit down with him to discuss Montreal and Jazz music. Another highlight was cooking for 1400 people for "Canada on the Capitol" as part of a trade initiative program to showcase Canada's role in Aerospace, Energy, Tourism, etc. I had the chance to showcase Canadian cuisine at this event..."
