Professor Bruce Lambert, Professor Soonwoon Kwon and eight Hospitality MBA students visited Australia to attend a Food, Wine and Lifestyle residential program. This study tour was an opportunity to showcase Le Cordon Bleu programs and give the Korean students a glimpse at what studying and living in Adelaide can be like. Graduating from Superior Pâtisserie in May 2011, Howard returned to his home town in Medan, Indonesia and opened a successful commercial kitchen of his own, called HOWEY.
