Master of Gastronomic Tourism

We're excited to announce a new online post graduate degree program. The Master of Gastronomic Tourism develops a strong theoretical, ethical and entrepreneurial understanding and application to the social and economic issues as well as food and business practices related gastronomic tourism. Delivered in collaboration with Southern Cross University in Australia, it offers flexibility to a wide range of industry related professionals and those passionate about food through specializations, full and part-time study and three exit points awarding a certificate, diploma or degree.

Le Cordon Bleu London Grand Opening Event
A day of celebration

The official opening of the new Le Cordon Bleu London International Flagship Institute located at 15 Bloomsbury Square in London, UK took place Tuesday, February 7, 2012. Attended by diplomats, chefs, restaurateurs, media and Le Cordon Bleu friends and family, five floors were transformed into intimate gathering areas for guests to mingle and enjoy world cuisines prepared by Le Cordon Bleu master chefs. The announcement of the first Le Cordon Bleu UK scholarship winner and a special surprise announcement capped the event.

The companion book to Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking Foundations techniques book, Classic Recipes contains 141 recipes that represent the very best of classic French pastry and baking.
