For les Hautes Etudes du Goût program

Le Cordon Bleu International has recently announced that it will award the most motivated and promising applicant an attendance scholarship for the 'Hautes Etudes du Goût' program. Now in its 8th year, Hautes Etudes du Goût ('Higher Studies in Taste,' or 'HEG') is a unique offering for graduates and experienced professionals with a passion for knowledge and gastronomy.

The Le Cordon Bleu Scholarship to HEG will provide the successful applicant with € 2,500.

Le Cordon Bleu organizes an information session on Thursday May 24th, for all interested applicants.

Parisian master crafts invited at Le Cordon Bleu Paris
For the launching of Paris Gourmand Book

Le Cordon Bleu Paris was honored to welcome a group of Parisian master craftspeople - butchers, charcutiers, bread makers, cheese makers, and pastry chefs - for the launch of "Paris Gourmand" on April 2.

"Paris Gourmand" is the story of thirty craftspeople, their boutiques and their star products, with portraits and illustrations by Gérard Cambon, author and photographer. Claire Delbos, food author, provides skillful commentary. .

French Rhone Valley vineyards discovery
By Le Cordon Bleu Wine and Management Diploma Students

The Le Cordon Bleu Paris Wine and Management students discovered the Rhone Valley vineyard early this spring, accompanied by their professor Franck Ramage.

During these 2 days, students had the opportunity to taste exceptionals wines, eat fine food, discover the vineyards and meet the owners!

The Wine and Management Diploma offers students to acquire knowledge and skills through theory and practical training. Becoming an expert in wine is an essential component for careers in the fields of wine management and gastronomy.
