Grand Diplôme 1999

Jay Christmas joined Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa in 1997 for Intermediate Cuisine. Since graduating with with a Grand Diplôme, Jay's career has taken him all over the United States.

He is currently the Executive Chef at Hope Valley Country Club in Durham, North Carolina.
