Le Cordon Bleu Paris Diplomas graduation ceremony took place on June 8, 2012 at the prestigious private club "Le Cercle de l'Union Interalliée".
For this special day, Mr. Rémi Krug, former President of the Krug Champaign House, President of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Taste (HEG) and founder of RK Council, was the patron of the class.Students and guests enjoyed a warm and convivial cocktail which followed the ceremony.

Le Cordon Bleu China Summer Tour, 2012
June 12 to 21

From June 12th to 21th, find Le Cordon Bleu on different events throughout China!

June 12 – 14, 2012: Le Cordon Bleu will be participating in the SIRHA Shanghai.This third edition will also feature the Asian final of the BOCUSE D'OR competition and also OMNIVORE.

June 15 – 17, 2012: Chef Fabrice Danniel will reveal the great secrets of French pastry at a series of elite master classes, in Shanghai Business and Tourism School (SHSMLY).

June 18- 21, 2012: Le Cordon Bleu, will be present at The Sixth EASTEAT Culinary Artist International Chef competition, at Beijing National Stadium, Bird's Nest.

Promotion 2012

Le Cordon Bleu Paris Wine and Management (Art, Science et Management du Vin) Diploma graduation ceremony took place at the prestigious private club "Le Cercle de l'Union Interalliée" on June 1, 2012.
For this year's promotion, Madame Estelle Touzet, Chef Sommelier at the famous "Le Meurice" Hôtel, was the patron of the class.

Les Hautes Etudes du Goût Scholarship
A Le Cordon Bleu Program

You still have a month to participate in the scholarship dedicated to one of Le Cordon Bleu's most prestigious courses: Hautes Etudes du Goût.

Now in its 8th year, Hautes Etudes du Goût ('Advanced Studies in Taste,' or 'HEG') is a unique offering for graduates and experienced professionals with a passion for knowledge and gastronomy.

The Le Cordon Bleu Scholarship to HEG will provide the successful applicant with € 2,500.
