[dfcapacity] Request for collaboration

Hi everyone,

We are young consultancy firm in Burkina Faso. We look for collaboration
partnerships with similar experienced firms at international or regional
level which intervene in consortium with local firm for consultancy in Central
and Western Africa.

We need this kind of collaboration because individually we well know our
local context but we can't accede to public offers because of lack of experience
as a firm.

We are waiting for your help.
