Applicants can apply for one or all of the following scholarships, depending on eligibility. The application can be downloaded, as well as the list of scholarships. All scholarship monies will be awarded for second semester college costs.

The Phillips Insurance Agency Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements: Must have participated in school and community activities throughout high school; be a graduating PHS senior; use this scholarship for second semester college costs; must have maintained a record of good character and citizenship.
Amount: $250 used for second semester college costs.
Application Process: Applicant must complete the application form, include one letter of recommendation (from a faculty member or administrator, a pastor or priest, or community citizen), include a high school transcript, and return all information to Mr. Bednar by April 26. In addition, the applicant must complete at least a one paragraph essay on the topic: "As an adult citizen, how do you plan to use your 'volunteer efforts' to make your community a better place to live."

The Ercil Philips Memorial Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements: Must have participated in school and community activities throughout high school; be a graduating PHS senior; use this scholarship for second semester college costs; must have maintained a record of good character and citizenship.
Amount: $500 used for second semester college costs.
Application Process: Applicant must complete the application form, include one letter of recommendation (from a faculty member or administrator, a pastor or priest, or community citizen), include a high school transcript, and return all information to Mr. Bednar by April 26.

The Town and Country Bank Scholarship

The Bob Metz Memorial Scholarship
