Le Cordon Bleu Food, Wine and Lifestyle Studies Residential Program
Adelaide

Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide recently hosted a delegation of ten people from Sookmyung Women's University, Seoul.  Professor Bruce Lambert, Professor Soonwoon Kwon and eight Hospitality MBA students visited Australia to attend a Food, Wine and Lifestyle residential program.

This study tour was an opportunity to showcase Le Cordon Bleu programs and give the Korean students a glimpse at what studying and living in Adelaide can be like.
We thank them for their visit, and for their wonderful presentation of Korean food which they shared with Le Cordon Bleu staff on their final day.

Since graduating Amy has become somewhat of an authority on aphrodisiac foods; writing cookbooks, articles, blogs and using other avenues to promote her specialized culinary knowledge.

With the release of her fourth cookbook, in January 2012, Romancing the Stove, Amy was recently interviewed about tips for planning an ideal Valentine's Day meal.
