Now in its 8th year, Hautes Etudes du Goût ('Higher Studies in Taste,' or 'HEG') is a unique offering for graduates and experienced professionals with a passion for knowledge and gastronomy.
The Le Cordon Bleu Scholarship to HEG will provide the successful applicant with € 2,500.
Le Cordon Bleu organizes an information session on Thursday May 24th, for all interested applicants.

"Paris Gourmand" is the story of thirty craftspeople, their boutiques and their star products, with portraits and illustrations by Gérard Cambon, author and photographer. Claire Delbos, food author, provides skillful commentary. .

During these 2 days, students had the opportunity to taste exceptionals wines, eat fine food, discover the vineyards and meet the owners!
The Wine and Management Diploma offers students to acquire knowledge and skills through theory and practical training. Becoming an expert in wine is an essential component for careers in the fields of wine management and gastronomy.
