2006 Diplôme de Pâtisserie graduate Eagranie Yuh has taken her pastry skills, previous professional experience as a chemist and her vibrant curiosity in new directions as a freelance food writer, recipe developer and chocolate educator.

"I teach chocolate-tasting classes, and write about the art and science of chocolate.One of the best perks of the job is that I get to meet with chocolatiers and chocolate makers, and I get to judge competitions"
