| Cordon Vert™ Spring Recipe Contest Student Contest Featuring Asparagus On Saturday, May 5, four talented Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa students competed in a contest to create their own asparagus appetizer recipe.
The competition was very fierce but after judging it was Bakti Hariyo Suseto who won the contest with his dish "Terrific Light." The dish was original, tasty, and flawlessly executed.
