A talented group of Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa students, alumni, and chefs volunteered their time to create iconic French desserts and memorable showpieces for a worthy cause. One of the night's show stoppers was a magnificent chocolate "Spring-time" Eiffel Tower.

Cordon Vert™ Spring Recipe Contest
Student Contest Featuring Asparagus

On Saturday, May 5, four talented Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa students competed in a contest to create their own asparagus appetizer recipe.

The competition was very fierce but after judging it was Bakti Hariyo Suseto who won the contest with his dish "Terrific Light." The dish was original, tasty, and flawlessly executed.
